Cohousy began in 2020 with a simple idea: moving to a new city shouldn’t be stressful. We saw how tough it was for students and professionals to find a comfortable home in Kharadi—searching for rooms, dealing with agents, buying all the basics, and settling maintenance issues themselves. So, we created Cohousy—a place where you arrive with just your bag and everything else is taken care of. Cozy rooms, fast WiFi, appliances, kitchen essentials, and a welcoming environment—no hassles, no hidden fees. Our property managers are always there to support you.
